All Accucraft products have a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any defects due to factory workmanship. Shipping costs covered by Accucraft. Accucraft will arrange for the repair of the product and replacement if repair is not possible. This warranty does not cover second hand purchases from private owners. Warranty claims must filed through Accucraft Trains or through your authorized dealer. Product registration at time of purchase is recommended to facilitate warranty claim process. Requests for repairs for issues out of warranty can be submitted to Accucraft. Shipping, parts, and labor costs are customer’s responsibility.
No merchandise is to be returned without first obtaining a return authorization number from Accucraft. No merchandise may be returned after 30 days from invoice date. 15% restocking charge will be issued on all returned products. All returned merchandise must be shipped insured and freight prepaid. We will issue a credit memo on all returned merchandise unless otherwise instructed. Please advise of invoice number, invoice date and reason for your desire to return. Please pack the merchandise safely so it reaches us in the same condition it reached you. Some items may not be subject to return including but not limited to custom orders and discontinued items.
